
Our 1883 Schoolhouse is also an archive with a large, curated collection of manuscripts, books and pamphlets, photographs, research papers, newspapers and magazines, as well as 400 old schoolbooks published between 1840 and 1930.
Anyone interested in pursuing a topic in local history is welcome to visit, by appointment, and may well benefit from our newly published Research Guide to Local History: North County San Diego.
We also welcome high school and college students who wish to do internships in archival work, museum curatorship, or local history.
