Resources

The Encinitas Historical Society’s proudest resource is our team of docents, some of them Encinitas natives, who use our collection and their recollections to vicariously guide visitors through the City’s history, notable residents past and present, attractions, and surroundings.

The 1883 Schoolhouse contains a large, curated collection of in-house research papers, photos, magazines, newspapers, books, artifacts and exhibits at visitors’ full disposal.
